Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, expenses, and transactions.
* Process payments, invoices, and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
* Perform administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing vehicles.
Requirements:
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
* 2+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
* Competent IT skills and experience working with accounting software is essential.
Work Environment:
The role is office-based, with standard working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
