About the Opportunity
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tradesman or Project Manager to join our residential division, servicing from Ballina out to Toowoomba and up to Gympie. The successful candidate will be responsible for project managing high-end (up to AU$5 million builds) and semi-commercial projects, ensuring timely delivery according to requirements without exceeding budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver projects from contract negotiation to completion
* Coordinate site measures, shop drawings, production orders, project programs, and ensure coordination with production, service, and sub-contractors to provide high-level service to customers
* Maintain OH&S standards on-site at all times
About You
We are seeking an experienced Tradesman or Project Manager with a strong background in carpentry, joinery, glass glazing, or similar industry experience. Proficiency in project management, trade skills, and technical knowledge is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
