Overall Purpose of the Job
The Hard Services Supervisor manages a site maintenance team to ensure all Safety, Quality, Serviceand Cost targets are met or exceeded. It is a hands-on role where the person will be actively involvedin supporting the team in carrying out maintenance tasks. They manage all aspects of the team acrossall shifts. This role will be responsible/assist for delivering the company business objectives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• To carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the PlantCMMS / CAFM system
• Proactively identify and remedy equipment maintenance issues, to maximise equipment uptime
• Servicing of mechanical, electrical and non-technical equipment
• Liaise with the service desk / supervisor and respond to all non-technical and technical queries ina timely manner to ensure conformance with the relevant Service Level Agreement
• To carry out fault finding and repairs to broken down equipment, contact and coordinate serviceengineers where external assistance is required
• Assist subcontractors as required
• Day to day people management with frequent feedback given to technicians and effectivemanagement and allocation of resources.
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 Years' Experience working in a similar role
• Certificate /Diploma or Senior Trades in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation
• Must be highly organised and methodical
• Proven Account Manager with a history of achieving and exceeding targets
• Great communicator, with ability to present to potential clients
• Experience in the following areas, - Hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC’s, Automation.
Working Pattern
Monday - Friday: 7 am to 3 pm.
