Key Responsibilities: As a Facilities Scheduler, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will include:
1. Developing comprehensive job plans for upcoming maintenance tasks, outlining resource requirements and priorities.
2. Collaborating with facilities teams to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to regulatory standards.
3. Handling customer work requests through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring timely communication and status updates.
4. Generating insightful management reports to optimize workload and find opportunities for process improvements.
5. Participating in daily/weekly meetings, coordinating work schedules, and assisting in prioritization for preventive maintenance.
Who You Are: You are a skilled professional with a proactive attitude and a strong background in facilities management. Your qualifications include:
1. A minimum of 5 years of operational experience in Facility Management.
2. Proficiency with CMMS systems, particularly MAXIMO, and a proven understanding of preventive maintenance programs.
3. Excellent communication skills and a dedication to collaboration, with the ability to independently multitask and meet objectives.
4. Familiarity with FDA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), improving compliance and operational standards.
