Senior Project Manager
Leads and manages customer-facing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and communicate project plans effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to achieve project goals.
* Customer Success: Drives customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
* Communication: Effectively communicates project plans, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience: 8+ years of customer-facing project management experience in a SaaS environment.
* Success Metrics: Proven ability to manage projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build strong client relationships.
Advantageous Criteria:
* Enterprise Experience: Experience working with large enterprise clients.
* Linguistic Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including German and French.
* Professional Certifications: Relevant Project Management certifications, such as PMP or Agile.
