Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and execute a variety of high-quality pastry and dessert items.
2. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative menu offerings.
3. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
4. Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff.
5. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
2. Strong skills in pastry and baking with a creative flair.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
