Looking For:
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-format stores.
Ideal candidates will come from a grocery, DIY, or similar high-volume retail background.
Key Requirements:
Retail Management Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role within grocery or DIY retail.
Strong Leadership Skills :
Capable of motivating and managing a large team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
Commercial Acumen :
Experience in managing budgets, stock levels, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Focus :
Passion for delivering a superior customer experience.
Organisational Skills :
