Software Sales Manager
Our client, a leading healthcare technology SaaS company based in the UK and Ireland, seeks a Software Sales Manager to drive strategic growth of our sales department. This role will oversee development and execution of our sales strategy, leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets in the UK and Ireland healthcare market.
2. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training, support, and development opportunities.
3. Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance and accelerate revenue growth across multiple segments, focusing on existing customers and new business acquisition.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless and unified approach to go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports, identifying opportunities and challenges in real-time.
6. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt the sales strategy and position the company as a market leader.
7. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring deals are structured to deliver maximum value for both the customer and the company.
8. Key Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts and partners, ensuring long-term success and retention.
Requirements:
1. Proven Experience: 3+ years in sales leadership within SaaS or healthcare technology industries.
2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly home and residential care, social care for adults and children, in the UK and Ireland.
3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience building, developing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
4. Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in B2B sales, including sales strategies, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
5. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop sales strategies.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
7. Results-Driven: Demonstrated success driving sales growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
8. Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the UK and Ireland healthcare technology market.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance analytics platforms.
3. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and challenges in the region.
