Main purpose: To ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activity. To deliver front line services in accordance with the centre’s service plan. To take responsibility for the overall operation of the centre in the absence of the centre manager.
Main activities:
1. To work as an effective team member with the other duty managers under the direction of the centre manager.
2. To ensure staff members on duty are at their posts and appropriately presented.
3. To lead the staff team from the front and to be pro-active in dealings with the public.
4. To manage complaints according to procedures.
5. Complete Centre reports in a timely manner.
Must Haves:
1. Experience in Management.
2. Good computer knowledge.
3. Excellent customer service.
4. Good organisational skills.
