Department Overview
The Department of Financial Services and other global entities is a key component of our organization's continued growth and efforts to increase transparency. This role will be central to our scaling ambitions, reporting directly to the Manager of Corporate Accounting with significant exposure to the Revenue Accounting Manager and Head of Procurement.
Responsibilities:
* Daily invoice processing and management for US and International regions.
* Preparation of semi-monthly payments through the bank portal, ensuring accurate forecasts for funding requirements.
* Timely payment and responsiveness to vendors.
* Monthly billing and invoice preparation of custodial client balances.
* Support for ad hoc activities defined by the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Transformation.
Qualifications:
* An undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance, or related field.
* At least 2 years of work experience in accounting.
* Experience working in an accounting function within a large enterprise general ledger (Sage Intacct, Netsuite, etc).
* Willingness and commitment to learn.
* Prior AP/AR experience in a regulated industry or multinational is desirable.

* An understanding of basic accounting principles.
* A proven track record of meeting deadlines and ownership of areas.
* The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced and changing financial environment, demonstrating excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.
