Main responsibilities: Posting & Scanning of Purchase Invoices Distribution of Purchase Invoices Purchase Ledger Allocations Creditor Reconciliations Invoice Filing Creditor Queries Assist in Monthly Payment Run Purchase Ledger Expense Coding Ad hoc duties as required Essential Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts/Finance capacity.
Excellent working knowledge of Irish Taxes.
Advanced MS Office skills Previous experience of Finance Systems is desirable.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
