Job Description:
An experienced Assistant Store Manager is required to assist the store manager in the overall running of a well-established store based in Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the store manager in the daily operation of the store, with a focus on the plumbing and heating department.
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Manage stock control, rotation, and taking, as well as utilize CRM systems effectively.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role.
* Proven knowledge and experience in plumbing, heating, renewable energy.
* Hardware and building materials retail background considered advantageous.
* Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Package Offered:
* A competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
