Sr. Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions
Lead program management in building technology-enabled recruitment processes for Amazon, leveraging innovation and creative problem-solving to drive impact.
About the Role:
* Manage cross-cutting technical products and projects with industry-wide impact.
* Deliver complex programs with multi-year roadmaps using incremental delivery methods.
* Work with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, legal, etc. to deliver the Hiring solution globally.
* Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
* Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers.
* Participate in architectural decisions, surfacing and mitigating technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and 3rd party solutions.

Requirements:
* Experience in technical product or program management.
* Experience in software development.
* Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
* PMI/PMP project management certified.
* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
