Salary: 50500.00 - 67300.00 EUR Annual + Described Below
We are currently recruiting for the role of a high calibre Site Foreman to manage the construction of an accommodation project based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the Head of Development, the successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading our site team to manage delivery of one of our high quality development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and management to the project construction team to drive high standards ensuring that the required resources are in place for the construction team.
2. Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring subcontractors work in alignment with the program of works.
3. Identify buildability challenges and propose construction methods that offer cost or program advantages.
4. Responsible for accurate, transparent reporting and forecasting.
5. Preparation and delivery of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Work Plans to set out key project delivery parameters including Resourcing / Procurement / Programme management along with Identification of key project risks and associated mitigation measures.
6. Responsible for project delivery to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with Planning Permission, Building Regulations and all other relevant standards.
7. Manage and own the relationships with project subcontractors and design teams ensuring efficient sequencing of the works and information production.
8. Develop and manage relationships with key project stakeholders.
The Candidate:
1. Background in large scale mixed residential or commercial construction with a proven track record of successfully leading project teams.
2. 10+ years of experience.
3. Excellent working knowledge of latest construction methodologies, building regulation and certification standards.
4. Strong negotiation skills, good spoken and written communication skills.
5. Methodical, excellent attention to detail and accurate with an ability to co-ordinate a number of different priorities at the same time.
6. Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and willing to work in a team.
Package:
Competitive salary 60,000 to 80,000 Euros, performance-related bonus, pension scheme with matching contributions, full health insurance, continuous professional development (CPD) programme.
