As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of Atlas Copco, working on cutting-edge air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and industrial equipment. With a dedicated team managing your schedule and remote support available for complex cases, you'll focus on what you do best keeping our customers up and running.
What You’ll Do:
1. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment.
2. Diagnose malfunctions, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions.
3. Keep detailed records of your work using our intuitive digital tools.
4. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service.
5. Maintain and use your own tools, with additional specialist equipment provided.
6. Expand your expertise in VSDs, refrigeration, industrial networks, remote monitoring, and air audits.
7. Be part of an on-call rotation, ready to respond when needed, with opportunities for overtime.
8. Uphold our commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
9. Represent Atlas Copco with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
1. Experience in industrial electrical or mechanical roles.
2. A full Ireland driving license—you’ll be on the move!
3. Strong computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
4. Flexibility to participate in our call-out rota.
5. A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and customer service.
