The roles
KPMG is currently seeking to recruit high performing Tax Managers to deliver our tax advisory services to an exciting range of clients across a broad range of sectors including:
5. Irish public companies
6. Industrial groups (inbound and outbound)
7. The hospitability and services sector
8. Property developers
9. Infrastructure and renewable energy projects
10. High net worth clients
Responsibilities:
11. Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high quality commercial tax advice and service to those clients
12. Deliver tax insights that help business leaders to make confident business decisions
13. Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits etc
14. Co-ordinate advice from foreign offices on cross-border matters
15. Produce reports and presentations for clients
16. Engage with Revenue on client matters
17. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
18. Manage a team of tax professionals
19. Coach and mentor more junior tax professionals
20. Contribute to market and business development activities
We ideally need you to have the following:
21. Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute
22. Big 4 experience would be desirable, but not essential
23. At least 1-2 years' experience in a management role in a tax practice or industry
24. Strong communication skills
25. A broad range of experience
26. An ability to manage a high performing team
27. International/cross-border tax experience would be desirable, but not essential

The focus of the Consumer and Industrial Markets Group is primarily on indigenous public and private companies.
