Job Title: Leisure Centre Attendant

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
The Great National Hotel Ballina is seeking a friendly and professional Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our leisure centre, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet guests and provide information about the leisure centre and its facilities
2. Ensure the leisure centre is clean, organized, and safe for guests to use
3. Monitor the pool and other facilities to ensure guest safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
4. Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment and changing pool filters
5. Provide assistance and instruction to guests using the equipment and facilities
6. Maintain accurate records of pool usage, equipment maintenance, and other relevant data
7. Enforce leisure centre policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
8. Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the leisure centre and hotel
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role preferred
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures
6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
