This role is in Sales, where we’re looking for someone with a very successful track record in SaaS B2B sales, and experience selling both software and services to a senior audience.
The individual will be responsible for targeting and closing new business reporting directly to our Head of Growth and working closely with our Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage a portfolio of sales opportunities with an associated revenue target
* Develop and build the pipeline in line with the Sales plan and strategy
* Identify and close commercial opportunities with the prospects in your pipeline, through continued nurturing and relationship building.
* Lead suitable tendering processes and work closely with colleagues across the team, in particular Pre-Sales Solution Consultants, to prepare proposals and deliver high quality submissions to our customers
* Bring deals to a close in a timely manner consistent with sales quota achievement ensuring all details are captured in our CRM
* Report regularly on activity and portfolio status via pre-defined reporting mechanisms
* Pro-actively source and evaluate new sales opportunities by leveraging your network and thinking creatively
* Take a consultative approach to the role by listening to our potential customers and exploring how TestReach can help them to solve their business challenges
* Attend and, where required, present at various sales and marketing events
* Provide market feedback and insights from prospects and customers to relevant areas within TestReach
* As we scale our team, bring energy and drive to the role to help us achieve our growth ambitions
Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline
* At least 3-5 years’ experience successfully selling SaaS software and services
* A proven track record of accurate forecasting, meeting, and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent proposal writing and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
* An understanding of software implementation services or consultancy is an advantage.
* Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels across the company
* Strong client relationship building skills
* Excellent collaboration, organisational and time management skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
* Self-starter who plans their activity and works in a structured manner whilst recognising the importance of the team
* Strong work ethic with ambition to progress and overachieve
* Passionate about technology, technically savvy and proficient in office applications
