I am currently working with a well known branch in the Healthcare Sector. They Currently have a 6 Month role opening in a high volume administrative atmosphere. Could this be the job for you?
Salary: DOE
Contract: 6 Month Temporary (with strong chance of extention)
Location: Cork City
Essential Criteria:
1. Have excellent administrative and organisational skills
2. Have experience dealing with sensitive information (legal or financial background desirable)
3. experience in high volume diary managment
4. Be computer literate, particularly in Excel
5. Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, public and outside agencies
6. Educated to Leaving Certificate standard
7. Stong knowlege of computer systems
8. momentus attention to detail and evidence of this in previous roles
Key Responsibilities:
9. Diary management
10. emails, calls behalf of management, day to day running of the office
11. filing, scanning
12. retrieving records in an accurate and timely manor
13. Liaising with outside clients
14. GDPR
15. supporting projects and needs of the individual manager from an admin perspective
16. Assisting with clear up of data and updating forms and files
