Scopely is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our new unannounced project in either Ireland, Spain, Portugal or the UK on a hybrid/remote basis. We can support with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. We are in the development stages of one of our new unannounced projects. We are looking for passionate game makers to collaborate, get in early and make their mark on this exciting venture.
What You Will Do
1. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and Kubernetes cluster management. This role involves working closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
2. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gitlab CI/CD and integrated Docker pipelines.
3. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and Helm.
4. Manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high performance and reliability, using AWS' Elastic Kubernetes Service.
5. Work along with SREs to implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health.
6. Collaborate with development teams to streamline the deployment process.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
What We Are Looking For
1. Highly experienced in DevOps engineering.
2. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD, TeamCity).
3. Knowledge of GitOps using CI/CD tools.
4. Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Helm.
5. Strong knowledge of container orchestration, preferably Kubernetes.
6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK Stack).
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
