Senior Recruitment Consultant
Orange Recruitment, part of the Facilitas Group, is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This role is suitable for a career-focused individual who would like to progress their career in recruitment based in our Dublin 2 office.

The Role
This consultant will work closely with key clients and manage some of our SLAs and must establish and build relationships with our existing clients as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and meet hiring requirements.
Source suitable candidates as per our client requirements while maintaining ongoing communication and always delivering a first-class experience to all of our clients.
Develop a strong awareness of the business and source new clients through various sales & business development techniques and networking events.
You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish – developing client relationships to attracting top talent, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance, placing candidates, and salary negotiations, while always providing a positive experience for the candidate, guiding them through the process and offering CV, interview, and career advice when required.
Requirements
* A career-focused individual who is looking to progress their career in recruitment
* A minimum of 2 years agency recruitment experience is required
* Proven track record in meeting KPIs & targets
* Ability to manage key accounts and provide talent solutions for our clients
* Strong sales experience with the ability to develop the business
* Strong communication and influencing skills with proven ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels
* Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
* Confident and professional individual
* Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
