Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field, with MRICS, MSCSI, or similar professional accreditation.
* A minimum of 20 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or project management, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
* Extensive experience delivering complex projects across multiple sectors.
* A proven track record of business development, client relationship management, and achieving financial targets.
