The Worldwide Developer Relations team is looking for a Workforce Analyst who, like us, is passionate about operations, the App Store, and our developers. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a solid understanding of workforce management principles. As a Workforce Analyst, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our workforce capacity to align with our business goals. By leveraging data and analytics, you'll support operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and developer success across App Review’s global operations.
Description
As a Workforce Analyst you’ll be responsible for:
1. Optimizing staffing levels and schedules across App Review’s Support teams by analyzing submission volume, forecasting demand, building employee schedules, and monitoring service levels to ensure efficient operations and high developer satisfaction.
2. Utilizing our workforce management tools to maintain optimal productivity and minimize developer wait times.
3. Accurate data entry in our time management system.
4. Strategically manage employee availability to meet developer needs and business goals within App Review.
5. Partnering with cross-functional teams to help develop long-term workforce strategies and design business requirements to solve problems.
6. Supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational scalability.
7. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws, site and company attendance policies.
8. Researching and applying industry best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
* Proficient in data analysis techniques that allow you to identify workforce trends, forecast needs, and develop actionable insights.
* Ability to create detailed reports and present to senior leadership, highlighting workforce performance, productivity, and capacity.
* Collaborate with operations teams to design and implement effective scheduling and staffing models.
* Experience in balancing business demands, while focusing on efficiency and flexibility for our employees.
* Strong background in inventory management.
* Previously have used workforce management tools, like Kronos or Workday, to automate and streamline scheduling, forecasting, and analytics.
* Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or analytics, preferably in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience in retail, supply chain, or technology industries.
* Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
