The role will include implementing continuous improvement related projects and maintaining the agreed KPIs.Provide engineering support for a new startup will include the creation of new GMP and safety documentation to allow for operation and maintenance activities to start. Day to Day of the Role: Lead and drive projects to successful outcomes within set timelines and budgets.Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.Take responsibilities for all aspects of projects incl. system design, installation, commissioning qualification and handover. Proactively manage issues and risks.Engage on all compliance aspects of Utilities and HVAC Systems, raise change controls/Risk Assessments/Technical Assessments.Responsible for ensuring all relevant GMP documentation is following corporate regulatory and on-site quality standards.Gain full understanding of core utilities interdependencies and the criticality to GMP systems on site. Develop measurement and verification plans for all projects identified.Work as part of a team to generate energy saving ideas and complete energy assessments.Analysis of energy usage / water metered data across the site and reporting usage patterns and trends. Benchmark energy consumptions against best practice guidelines; establish normal relationships between consumption and relevant driving factors and develop EnPIs. Required Skills for the Role:Minimum qualification Bsc or MSc/M.Eng Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Energy Engineering.A minimum of 3 years cGMP industrial experienceIn-depth understanding of Site Utilities incl.
