EPIC has offices located in the UK, Guernsey, Ireland, and India. EPIC’s Cork office is engaged in Fund Management and Fund Services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) with timely and accurate inputs into EPIC’s risk management program, including:
2. Periodic reviews of Operational Risk at the business.
3. Record and monitor operational risk issues and events, where appropriate action risk deep dives.
4. Collate Key Risk metrics on the Company’s performance.
5. Monitor fund risk and escalate deviations to the CRO.
6. Support the implementation of EPIC’s outsourcing framework.
7. Perform initial and ongoing due diligence on service providers and monitor service providers' performance.
8. Prepare risk reporting to the Board and client fund boards.
9. Support periodic review of risk-related policies.
10. Support risk training across the business.
11. Support employees in addressing risk-related events.
12. Generate periodic risk analytics.
13. Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

4. An interest in ESG and associated regulations.
5. Flexible approach to work and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Data analytical skills are an advantage.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
1. Relevant college/University qualifications would be highly desirable.
2. Fund Administration experience would be of benefit (Transfer Agency/Investor Services experience, in particular).
3. Knowledge and interest in funds, financial services, and fund accounting desirable.
