Opportunity
The Recruitment Consultant opportunity will focus on contracts across all life science sectors. You will work with a well-established brand and a strong network of clients in Ireland and internationally.
Role/Responsibilities
1. Taking a full brief from clients, sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews and following through to offer, references and placement.
2. Maintaining high attention to detail using extensive sourcing methods while communicating with passive and active candidates.
3. Providing effective account management to existing clients and developing business with new ones.
4. Having commercial awareness and identifying opportunities to develop business.
5. Developing expert knowledge of your sector.
6. Becoming known within your industry by attending events and building your online presence.
Skills/Experience
* A third level qualification.
* Minimum 1-2 years' recruitment experience or customer-facing role.
* A competitive and friendly attitude with interest in people, their careers and business.
* A proven track record working in a team environment with interest in learning and career development.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
