Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager at Founders Board will play a key, hands-on role in driving the company’s marketing strategy, managing a small team, and overseeing critical activities like PPC campaigns, creative advertising, and lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on expertise to enhance our brand presence and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a marketing team of 2 executives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving team performance.
2. Develop and execute effective PPC (pay-per-click) ad campaigns, including budget management, performance monitoring, and optimization.
3. Generate creative ideas for ads, campaigns, and lead generation strategies to attract and convert new prospects.
4. Plan, coordinate, and execute both in-person and virtual events, ensuring alignment with brand goals and successful lead generation outcomes.
5. Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including content creation, social media strategy, and email marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader company goals.
7. Monitor and analyse marketing metrics to evaluate campaign success and generate actionable insights for improvement.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging tools to ensure Founders Board remains competitive in the market.
Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
2. Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team, with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
3. Hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, including working with platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and/or social media ad platforms.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for ads, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
5. Strong organizational skills, with prior experience coordinating and delivering successful events (virtual and in-person).
