Deputy General Manager - 4* Hotel
We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager to join a leading 4* Hotel in Co Carlow. This is a well-known hotel in a superb location. The role will require the effective and efficient management of all Restaurant, Bar, and Events/Wedding business, as well as coordinating all day-to-day Front of House activities in the hotel. Requirements
1. Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations.
2. Experience managing Weddings and special Events.
3. Responsible for entire Hotel Operation and team performance.
4. Must display effective leadership and proven team management abilities.
5. Reliable, committed, motivated, and professional.
6. 3+ years Operations Management experience in a Leisure style 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred.
7. Full legal status to work in Ireland is required; Work Permit is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the hotel.
2. Lead and guide the team, continually tweaking procedures and improving service.
3. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
4. Ensure Management observes all shift and opening/closing procedures.
5. Provide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
