Project Planner Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team at a leading construction company based in Limerick. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* 1. Project Schedule Management: Lead and manage the project schedule for the EPCM scope, ensuring timely completion and compliance with project milestones.
* 2. Interactive Planning and Project Meetings: Coordinate and participate in interactive planning and project meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* 3. Earned Value Progress Reporting System: Establish and maintain an earned value progress reporting system to track project progress and identify potential issues.
* 4. Subcontractor Interface Management: Manage interfaces with sub-contractors, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with project milestones.
* 5. Project Controls Support: Support wider project controls, including tender and contract milestone management and extension-of-time evaluations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 1. Pharmaceutical Construction Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical construction projects.
* 2. Education: Degree in engineering, technical discipline, or similar.
* 3. Teamwork and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team of planners and communicate complex ideas clearly.
* 4. Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge, with proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering deliverables and drawings.
* 5. Software Proficiency: Proven proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and the MS Office Suite.
* 6. Multi-User Environment Experience: Experience in multi-user P6 environments (e.g., Loadspring).
Preferred Skills:
* 1. Last Planner System Interface Experience:
* 2. 4D BIM Experience: Advantageous but not required.
* 3. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
