**Job Title:** Assistant Accountant
Our client, a leading business in the service industry, is seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team in South Dublin.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly management accounts.
* Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including supplier reconciliations and customer invoicing.
* Bank Reconciliations: Conduct bank reconciliations, including integrated credit card account reconciliations.
* Budgeting and Reforecasting: Assist with the annual budgeting and reforecasting process.
* Ad Hoc Reporting: Support the Head of Operations, Finance, and Environmental Sustainability with ad hoc reporting and analysis.
* Liaison with External Stakeholders: Liaise with auditors and other external stakeholders.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, including HR and payroll support.
Requirements:
* Part Qualified Accountant: Ideally Part Qualified Accountant.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft Excel: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability: Available to start at short notice.
