The Role and Key Responsibilities
As an Analyst you’ll support the origination team in the ongoing provision of services spanning all stages of the origination cycle and for the asset management across the performing and non-performing portfolios.
The Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, analysing, validating and ensuring timely delivery of Mortgage applications through the loan issue and account set up process. You will manage the loan account through the full life cycle of the Mortgage providing loan maintenance as required.
* Work closely with a team of analysts across the Retail & Security Management teams to ensure mortgage accounts are issued/set up in a timely and accurate manner.
* Assist the business by managing customer correspondence and external contact e.g. actioning customers request such as Direct Debit Set ups, Rate changes and Mortgage Redemptions.
* Perform all tasks in compliance with policies, procedures and Central Bank Codes and regulations.
* Professionally liaise with external broker network, the client and customers.
* Assist with reporting and distribution e.g. weekly SLA performance reports.
* Proactive approach and “can do” attitude required. Can adapt to multiple work activities on the mandate.
Experience and Requirements
* Minimum of 1/2 year' Financial Industry experience (Banking, Asset Management, Mortgages, Lending or Insolvency is highly desirable).
* Experience in origination activities including drawdowns, payment files, DD setups, and bank reconciliation process is essential.
* Phoebus, Efo experience is essential.
* The ability to work within tight deadlines.
* Computer literate with good knowledge of the MS office suite.
* Excellent communication skills written, and verbal are essential.
* Embraces new tasks/challenges and is a highly organised professional.
* Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment.
* Results focused with an emphasis on attention to detail.
