This company is a market leader in the design, painting and distribution of premium kitchen components and are seeking an experienced Contract Sales Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Ireland Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing high-value contract clients, securing new business nationwide, and building strategic partnerships to support continued growth.
This is an exciting, brand-new role suited to a commercially-minded sales professional with experience in the KBB or FMCG sectors. A proven background in account development, sales strategy and relationship management is essential.
The Role:
The main purpose of the role will be to grow and manage existing high value contract and key accounts, including sourcing and securing new contract business nationwide.
1. Manage & foster revenue growth with existing high value accounts through strategic account planning, promotions, displays, training, operations, forecasting, new product adoption etc.
2. Source, develop and secure new contract business opportunities with the support & assistance of the business development team.
3. Manage & grow key customer relationships to meet commercial, strategic, operational and sales expectations.
4. Manage & control accountable expenditure within budget & process, for example displays, samples, marketing materials, brochures, internal visits etc.
5. Implement programmes to ensure excellence in service and customer satisfaction, in conjunction with the wider customer support & delivery teams.
6. Develop & present proposals & training to enhance your customers and their team’s knowledge of the firms range and sales strategies.
7. Utilise the vast levels of data available to make informed decisions and create strategies for product sales, cross sales, up sales and any other business opportunities identified.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. 5+ years’ B2B sales or account management experience;
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills;
3. Proven track record of driving sales growth;
4. Excellent organisation and planning ability.
