About the position
As our License & Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary link between our customers, sales team, and other departments. You will have a key role in ensuring professional handling of our customers’ licenses and customer service-related tasks while supporting important sales processes.
You will work closely with our SOC/Sale Engineers regarding quotes, sales, opportunities and renewals.
Your primary responsibilities and tasks
* Professional handling of customer inquiries with focus on high quality service
* Preparation and quality assurance of manufacturer quotes, offers, and contracts
* Coordination of license deliveries and renewals
* Invoicing and order management through AutoTask and Business Central
* Super user responsibility for our CRM and case management system (AutoTask)
* Booking and coordination of consulting services
* Supporting the sales team in various processes

* Relevant education in commerce or administration
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a similar position
* Documented experience with B2B customer service
* Understanding of processes and ability to optimize through IT tools
* Broad system knowledge and experience with various software platforms (CRM, ERP, license management, project tools, time registration, etc.)
* Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
* Knowledge of IT security and license structures is an advantage
* It would be an advantage if you worked in the distribution chain in your previous career
