Senior Manager, Technical Training
The Senior Manager, Technical Training leads a team of professionals and manages quality system processes within a region to ensure successful execution of training strategies and initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction for team members while driving a culture of inclusion, accountability, engagement, and performance.
* Set and execute on a regional training process strategy aligned with global priorities and quality initiatives.
* Investigate and establish training process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and take timely action to address adverse trends/deviations.
Collaboration and Partnership:
* Partner with site Operations leaders and franchise Quality leaders to set key priorities for the team.
* Work with managers, process owners, and SMEs to ensure employees receive appropriate and required assignments in accordance with quality system regulations.
Training Delivery and Improvement:
* Advance standardization across the organization and develop processes/systems that ensure effective and sustained training delivery.
* Seek ways to continually improve processes from lessons learned, bench marking, community discussions, etc. to meet or exceed organizational and customer needs.
Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure processes remain in compliance with regulatory standards and quality system requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, education, life sciences, or quality related discipline.
* Master's degree in instructional design or quality systems preferred.
Experience:
* 10 years relevant experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry with knowledge of manufacturing standards and practices, including quality and compliance issues.
* Experience working with quality management systems is essential.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems, document management, and change control processes.
