Job Title: Support Worker - Night Awake
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Croft Communities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local community.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist service users with activities of daily living and facilitate inclusion in a broad range of activities.
* Support service users with identified personal care and support needs.
* Work flexibly and be available to work unsociable hours and public holidays on a rotational basis.

Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months caring experience (paid employment or personal caring responsibilities)
* Interest in working with people in a care environment
* Effective verbal and written communication, including numeracy skills
* Awareness of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities
