We are recruiting a Customer Service Agent for our client based in North Dublin.

Hours of Work
Monday- Friday 8.30 am-5.00 pm ( Full Time / Perm position)

Responsibilities
* Process customer sales orders, confirming order price and delivery dates and the agreed turnaround time
* Chase and follow up on estimated arrival times from the purchasing team and advise customers with updates
* Manage back orders to strict deadlines
* Deal with all customer queries to the required standard
* Support the customer service, technical support and showroom teams with other customer requirements when necessary
* Involvement in standards improvements and progression with the customer experience manager
* Promote products and offer alternatives that will benefit our customers
* Support and liaise with purchasing on the order/sales trends of customers for forecast/budgetary purposes
* Maintain excellent customer relationships
* Build and maintain excellent product knowledge
* Ensure effective communication with all departments
* Liaise closely with the warehouse and finance teams on outgoing orders and customer returns
Requirements
* Proven experience in dealing with customer queries to the point of resolution
* Excellent customer facing, telephone and electronic communication skills
* Proven ability to solve problems and exude calmness under pressure
* Well organised and excellent attention to detail
* Excellent computer skills
* Third level qualification in business or related field is desirable
