Caseworker Role
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Caseworker to join our Turas Nua Carlow office. This role requires strong customer service and administration experience.
About Turas Nua
Turas Nua is the Irish employability services provider, delivering IPNES contracts to support people who are over 12 months unemployed or employed part-time on low earnings.
Purpose of the Role
As a Caseworker, you will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to provide a personalised, planned support service to help them gain sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client.
* Use assessment technology to identify clients' goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support.
* Identify and recommend training solutions in consultation with tutors.
* Maintain knowledge of the local labour market and organise daily schedules.
* Work closely with specialist services to assist clients in their journey towards employment.
Person Profile
Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with strong case management capabilities, decision-making skills, relationship skills, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum of three years' experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
* Strong IT skills and experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Comfortable with remote working technology.
* Excellent administrative skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
