We have an exciting opportunity for an Aggregator Manager to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract!
Responsible for overseeing all our brands via Price Comparison Websites, focusing on acquiring new customers and achieving growth. Requires understanding price comparison dynamics, customer needs, and adding value to our proposition. Collaborates with Trading, Pricing, Marketing, Systems Delivery, and Performance teams to enhance market share.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, strategic thinker with analytical skills, and experienced in inspiring teams to achieve strategic goals and daily tasks.
Location: Travel to various sites required when needed, this can include but not limited to London, Peterborough, Stoke and Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategic partnerships with aggregators, optimize performance, and identify new opportunities.
2. Serve as main contact across Group brands, offer guidance and support for projects.
3. Lead aggregator channel internally, assist in key initiatives.
4. Manage contract reviews, negotiate within cost targets, address performance issues.
5. Focus on improving aggregator channel KPIs in line with business goals.
6. Build client relationships in the price comparison market.
7. Influence senior stakeholders for strategic roadmap delivery.
8. Utilize price comparison market expertise for innovative concepts.
9. Ensure partners comply with contracts and industry regulations.
10. Engage in professional development activities.
11. Responsible for creating and presenting performance packs to share marketing insights and performance to key stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
1. Experience within a financial regulated industry.
2. Strong commercial awareness and aptitude.
3. Possess a keen eye for detail to seek information not readily available that will enable tangible development opportunities.
4. Working knowledge of FCA and working in a regulated environment.
5. An excellent communicator.
Desirable:
1. Relationship management experience in financial services and/or Aggregator channels.
2. Experience of contract management and negotiation.
3. Experience in Niche products including Pet, Caravan, Motorhome and other commercial lines.
