The Bridge House Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Receptionist within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, results driven with excellent communication skills. The position would suit an energetic and ambitious person who prides themselves in excellence in giving guests the best service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and check-in guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
· Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's services and amenities.
· Assist guests with check-out procedures and ensure billing accuracy.
· Handle reservations and booking inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
· Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
· Collaborate with other hotel staff to address guest needs and concerns.
· Keep updated records of room availability and guest accounts.
· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
· Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
· Previous experience with PMS systems.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
· Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
