The Fairview Boutique Hotel, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Killarney town, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team. This is a part-time role offering morning hours with straight shifts, ideal for someone looking for a great work-life balance in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Prepare and cook quality breakfast dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
3. Collaborate with the service teams to ensure smooth, efficient breakfast service.
4. Monitor and manage food stock levels, ensuring minimal wastage and cost control.
5. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food preparation.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
2. Passion for cooking and presenting quality food.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Excellent communication skills.
