As we execute our corporate strategy and ensure we continue to supply products to patients at the right quality, service level and cost, how we configure our manufacturing network to meet these strategic objectives is critical to Technical Operations success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading the development and deployment of manufacturing network strategies across the end-to-end supply chain which meet the needs of the current product portfolio and the emerging pipeline.
2. Create and communicate clear and concise Network Design principles to support network strategies and clear site purposes.
3. Create and communicate meaningful network guidance across the network in partnership with cross functional heads.
4. Complete near to long term analysis of demands, capacity, constraints and options to facilitate strategic decisions.
5. Lead cross functional teams to propose investments in new capacities and capabilities.
6. Create coherent strategy and prioritization across products with similar profiles.
7. Maintain strong connections to the upstream pipeline via Technical Development Services as well as the downstream Commercial and BU needs.
8. Develop and advance digital solutions to improve the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of assessments.
9. Build and maintain external connections relevant to identifying marketplace and industry trends.
10. Drive analysis and decisions required from a planned or unplanned 'trigger event' and ensure network assessments are triggered where capacity and capability gaps exist.
11. Establish tracking and reporting mechanisms to ensure relevant network strategy decisions are integrated into business plans.
12. Participate as directed in other projects to support the Network Strategy Team objectives.

Minimum Requirements
1. 15+ years of experience in a Technical Operations organization with at least 5 years in functional leadership role.
2. Managed the development and execution of complex strategic initiatives.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrixed environment.
4. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain. Data Analytics / Business Administration qualifications favorable.
5. APICS certification preferred.
6. Program management of complex initiatives.
7. Six sigma, LEAN manufacturing certifications and practical experience desirable.
Travel Requirement circa 20%
