We are currently seeking a Power Platform Business Analyst to support our expanding practice, working on transformative projects across industries such as retail, energy, financial services, and healthcare.
Role Overview:
The Power Platform Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications for Power Platform solutions. The role involves stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and supporting the development team in delivering fit-for-purpose applications.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business requirements.
2. Translate business processes into user stories and functional documentation.
3. Support the configuration and customization of PowerApps (Canvas, Model-driven, Portals).
4. Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
5. Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure alignment of technical solutions.
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
7. Contribute to training, documentation, and change management activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Microsoft Power Platform.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
3. Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and user-centric design principles.
4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
5. Experience in creating wireframes, mock-ups, and user stories.
