1. A minimum of 12 years' experience with prior experience working as a consulting professional leading client-focused, high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to design, structure, and deliver large-scale or complex programmes.
2. Self-motivated and forward thinker who thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learn new knowledge across various programmes and industry sectors.
3. Expertise in program management methodologies, including relevant post-graduate courses (, PGradDip, MBA) and recognised industry credentials (, PMP, PgMP, SaFE, ACP).
4. A strong track record of building and directing innovative and inclusive teams. Play an active role in counselling and supporting team members.
5. Experience managing senior stakeholders (including regulators and C-Suite), providing constructive challenge and advice with clear expectation management of delivery.
6. Experience from across industry sectors, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Utilities, Energy and Healthcare

7. Lead the strategic planning, design and execution of large-scale programmes, ensuring they align with client goals and objectives.
8. Champion the delivery of programmes, focusing on optimising team and programme structures, achieving milestones and adhering to high-quality standards.
9. Proactively manage and report programme plan, risks and issues, devising and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
10. Engage with senior stakeholders to secure support and alignment for programme objectives and establish robust programme governance, maintaining best practices and regulatory compliance.
11. Lead activities to maximise revenues, deepen relationships and reputation and add value to client engagements.
12. Be an effective leader within the Transformation Delivery team, including considering new and innovative ways to go to market, improving quality and delivery standards, and supporting the growth and continuous improvement of skills and experience of the team.
13. Collaborate with cross-consulting teams to ensure cohesive engagement management and programme delivery.
14. Cultivate a high-performance team culture, emphasising agility, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
15. Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
