Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Our Client, a leading organization based in Dublin, Citywest.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* People management and HR planning, ensuring the smooth operation of our production plant.
* Compliance with GDPR and Data Privacy requirements, as well as other statutory obligations.
* Effective communication with employees and group management, adhering to best practices.
* Providing oversight on employee training and development initiatives.
* Active participation in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
* Supporting line management in attendance, sickness, and absence-related issues.
* Providing HR support across all business activities to drive commercial growth.
* Assisting managers in preparing for and attending KPI performance meetings.
* Managing HR KPIs and reporting to Corporate HQ as required.
* Understanding HR-related P&L Enablers and drivers to inform relevant HR areas.
* Overseeing recruitment for all roles within the organization.
* Issuing contracts of employment and amendments as necessary.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating:
* Familiarity with relevant Irish legislation and the Irish industrial relations environment.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of business.
* Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite.
* Ability to deal with people and address conflicts when required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Functional knowledge of labor law, social insurance systems, employer obligations, collaboration rights, and labor relations.
