Youll take ownership of planning and delivering audits, managing staff on-site, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of audit assignments across a variety of sectors and client sizes Oversee planning procedures and ensure staff are well-briefed on key risks prior to fieldwork Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, making efficient use of time and resources Build and maintain strong working relationships with client personnel at all levels Provide regular updates to Partners, flagging significant issues and concerns as they arise Produce high-quality financial statements and audit reports, offering practical recommendations supported by clear rationale Ensure audits are delivered to a high standard in line with FRS 102 and Irish GAAP, managing critical risks and meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks Maintain a clear understanding of your authority levels and those of relevant stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with the firms policies and regulatory requirements Support managers with the day-to-day supervision and development of junior staff, including mentoring, coaching, and contributing to performance management processes What Were Looking For Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years experience within a professional services firm Strong technical understanding of Irish GAAP, FRS 102, and risk-based auditing approaches Ability to develop audit strategies and manage end-to-end audit cycles Experience working with clients across a range of industries Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously Confident team leader with a proactive, hands-on approach Why Join?
