About Our Client
We are seeking a sales Business Development Manager to join our team with full support. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a very strong, growing leader in access solutions.
Salary Information
Salary: circa €55K – €58K (all doe) plus commission and pension. Vehicle included.
The Role
1. Develop and maintain excellent customer relations
2. Build and implement customer strategies for allocated accounts
3. Develop the sales pipeline and winning business according to targets
4. Create offers and follow up on customers
5. Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure product and commercial offering is suitable for continued growth and sales
6. Generate new business through various means of lead generation such as telephone prospecting, physical prospecting, existing client relationship development, etc.
7. Take full ownership for sales within the region and portfolio of key accounts; develop profitable sales through promoting additional services and value-added solutions
9. Work and assist with tenders
10. Provide support and advice on technical solutions with customers
11. Contact technicians, Sales team, and office on leads
12. Field project customer responsibility
13. Active participation in the overall development of Business Unit
The Candidate
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Sales Projects on similar access solutions / construction sites or similar industry
2. Strong understanding of numbers & analytic skillset
3. Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Strong business acumen & development focus
6. Committed and accessible colleague
7. Experience from industrial matrix-organization is preferred
8. Knowledge of the construction sector and general building processes
9. Strong understanding of Irish laws & regulation within Building Industry
