Job Title: Senior National Account Manager
Location: Dublin (1 / 2 days per week on site)

Job Purpose:
The focus of this role is to successfully manage customer relationships, ensuring effective business operation and maximizing sales and profitability.
This exciting role requires drive, ambition, and enthusiasm, combined with high technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting, commercial awareness, and ability to drive high levels of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Price Promotions and New Product Launches
Manage price promotions and new product launches in line with agreed plans.
2. Sales Forecasts
Deliver sales forecasts on time and accurately.
3. Forecast Planning
Work with supply chain and factory teams regarding forecast planning.
4. Promotional Plans
Collaborate with commercial finance and trade marketing to develop promotional plans suitable for each customer while seeking to maximize profitability for the business.
5. Plan Optimization
Learn from previous executions and adapt and optimize future plans based on these learnings.
6. Relationship Maintenance
Maintain already well-established relationships within the account.
7. Joint Business Plans
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with Key Customers.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Sales Experience
Sales experience ideally in multiple retail FMCG customer management.
2. Presentation Skills
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate product features and benefits.
3. Reporting and Analytical Skills
Timely and accurate reporting, showing initiative and the ability to identify selling opportunities.
4. Communication and Negotiation Skills
Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
5. Time Management Abilities
Analytical, numeracy, and excellent time management abilities.
6. Teamwork and Customer Care
Organized and professional at all times, enthusiastic and confident individual with a high level of IT proficiency.
7. Self-Initiative and Clean Driving License
A confident self-starter who can work on their own initiative, with a Full Clean Driving License.
8. Education and Background
A background of working within chilled food categories is desirable, degree in a business-related area or relevant experience may qualify.
Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
