Senior HR Generalist Role
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will work closely with the Transitions Optical team in Ireland, supporting the local team while gaining exposure to global projects and activities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business partner to provide HR expertise, guidance, and coaching to leaders.
2. Support the Management Team on strategic HR processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Compensation, Employment Law/Relations, etc.
3. Manage the full life cycle of HR processes from Recruitment to Offboarding.
4. Recruitment: Coordinate all recruitment activities at a local level and provide support at a global level, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, working with the Global TA team for senior roles.
5. Onboarding: Oversee and administer new hire process including drafting contracts, new hire documentation, visa process management, relocation support, new hire orientation.
6. Offboarding: Coordinate leavers process, conducting exit interviews, benefits closure, kick off replacement process.
7. Employee Relations: Support employees and managers on ER issues including grievance and disciplinary processes, performance management, probation, and terminations.
8. Benefits: Manage day-to-day employee benefits admin, build relationships with benefits providers, support HR Manager on renewals process.
9. Policies & Procedures: Review and update policies and procedures in line with business needs and legislative updates, providing training to managers and employees. Provide guidance and interpretation of policies.
10. HR Projects: Support HR team in projects such as Global Knowledge sharing, Gender Pay Gap Reporting, and other initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or relevant discipline.
* 5 years' experience in demanding mid-to-senior HR Generalist/HRBP role.
* CIPD qualified or working towards.
* Excellent knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in MS Suite.
* Team player.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Strong Organisational skills.
