What you will doThe Site EHS Manager provides advice and support on Environmental, Health and Safety matters to Operational Managers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. They implement the company's EHS management system and best practices across all manufacturing/fabrication facilities, including field visits to installation projects within their scope.This position reports directly to the UK&I EHS Business Partner and is based in the UK&I (Dublin).How you will do itServe as a subject matter expert to operational management and develop formal annual plans to drive continuous improvementPresent EHS data in regular meetings with business unit leaders and management teamsSupport workplace risk assessment and control, identify compliance gaps, and provide solutionsBuild and maintain effective relationships with clients, managers, supervisors, employee representatives, and key stakeholdersMonitor legal compliance and establish effective procedures to address any weaknesses promptlySupport the development and maintenance of a comprehensive EHS management systemIdentify and address EHS training needsAddress audit findings from internal, external, and self-audits to ensure effective resolutionManage the facility's internal audit program and track action item completionGenerate reports on EHS data, analyze trends, and lead EHS initiativesConduct regular operational team walks to provide support and solve problemsVisit installation project sites to meet contractual obligations and address issues as neededDocument site visits thoroughly and escalate identified issues internally and externallyAttend safety council/committee and management meetings to ensure proper action on key issuesInvestigate serious workplace incidents, determine root causes, and prepare detailed reportsWork with enforcing authorities on investigations and enforcement actions to minimize company riskParticipate in Compliance forums to stay current with best practices and industry developmentsOversee environmental aspects through compliance calendars and management systemsReview contractor processes to ensure they meet company EHS standards and performance targetsWhat we look forIOSH membership at Graduate level minimum (CMIOSH preferred)Degree or equivalent in Environmental Health and Safety Management or similar (preferred)3–5 years minimum EHS experience in large manufacturing/fabrication settings (multi-site experience preferred)Experience implementing EHS Management Systems and proceduresStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsResults-driven with strong initiativeExcellent communication skillsTeam-oriented mindset#SEAN
