Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for maintaining customer service excellence by:
* Responding to customer queries via phone and email
* Monitoring and resolving customer queries on social media
* Responding to customer reviews across various platforms
* Calling customers upon request
* Dealing with transport companies to track deliveries and lost items
* Assisting the Accounts Department with data input
Required Experience and Skills:
* Previous experience in customer service or retail environments
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
* Ability to manage changing priorities and multitask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
